Refund Policy
Every TASS purchase carries an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, you get a full refund. You do not need a reason. There are no conditions, no eligibility criteria, no restocking charges, and no questions you have to answer.
How to request a refund
- Email tass@simdadllc.com with the word "refund" and the email address or order number from your purchase, or use the refund option in your payment provider's receipt if one is offered.
- We confirm the request and issue the refund to your original payment method. We aim to issue every refund within 5 business days of the request; the time for the money to appear then depends on your bank or card issuer.
What happens after a refund
Your license key is deactivated. Anything you exported or produced with TASS remains yours, and the free Community Edition remains available to you like anyone else.
Scope
This policy covers all paid TASS licenses sold through this site. The Community Edition is free, so there is nothing to refund. After the 30-day window, refunds are at our discretion; write to us anyway and we will listen.
